• 11/99 Elected District Attorney, Ulster County, NY on Republican ticket with Conservative and Independent endorsement
• 01/99 Appointed District Attorney, Ulster County, NY by Governor Pataki
• 1983-1999 Chief Assistant District Attorney, Ulster County, NY

• Personally litigated in excess of 1,000 major felonies including Murder, Rape, Child Abuse,
